More new titles from Network DVD in April 2010.

The Chief – Series 2 – Starring BAFTA-winner Tim Pigott-Smith (The Vice), Judy Loe (Casualty, Ace of Wands), Tony Caunter (EastEnders), Roger Lloyd-Pack (Only Fools and Horses, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire) and Ross Kemp.

The Count of Monte Christo – Complete Series – George Dolenz (father of future Monkees star Mickey) leads the cast in this enormously popular series based on Alexandre Dumas’ famous story of betrayal and redemption.

Fresh Fields – Series 1- Stars Anton Rodgers (May to September) and Julia McKenzie (Cranford). Fresh Fields’ wry, gentle humour made it a firm favourite with viewers, spawning an equally popular sequel – French Fields – and earning McKenzie a BAFTA nomination for Best Light Entertainment Performance.

The Gentle Touch – Series 4 – Starring Jill Gascoine (C.A.T.S. Eyes) as tough, no-nonsense female cop Maggie Forbes.

The Larkins – Series 2 – Starring David Kossof (The Mouse That Roared) and Peggy Mount (George and the Dragon).

Maroc 7 – film – A star-studded cast that includes Cyd Charisse (Singin’ in the Rain), Golden Globe winner Gene Barry (The Adventurer), BAFTA-nominee Leslie Phillips (Venus), Oscar-nominee Denholm Elliott (A Room with a View) and Berlin Silver Bear Award winner Elsa Martinelli (Donatella).
