James Robertson-Justice (1905-1975) b. Lee, London, UK.

Large Scottish actor who was a naturalist and journalist before turning full-time actor in the 1940s and quickly becoming an essential part of the British cinema scene. He made several figures of history, including Henry VIII, larger than life, enlivening dozens of films before his retirement in 1970 - but never more so than as the irascible Sir Lancelot Spratt in the 'Doctor' comedies.
