Plot Synopsis The story of a humble girl's (Renee Ray) rise to stage
fame. Mops is a waitress who becomes a successful singer and marries
writer Frank Dale. The supporting cast is adequate and plenty of music
and songs are included. Michael Powell recalled this final Westminster
production as 'real schmaltz'. |
