Plot Synopsis

Musical comedy. Claude King (Stanley Lupino), head porter at the Paris Ritz Hotel, woos and wins a wealthy widow (Betty Stockfield) much too the annoyance of the maid (Gina Malo) who loves him. Claude has a title bestowed on him by an impoverished king after saving her family jewels, but when he and the widow go to inspect their ancestral home – it falls to pieces. Claude goes back to the maid – and the Ritz.
