Plot Synopsis

Murder at 3am

Francis Searle directed quota-quickie murder mystery. Set in London, Scotland Yard inspector Peter Lawton (Dennis Price) is assigned to clear up a series of mysterious attacks on society women returning home around 3am in the morning. Teddy, the fiancé of Peter’s sister,suggests a theory that the murderer has developed a system to target his victims by piecing together the first letters of the clubs they had visited. But Teddy soon becomes the chief suspect.
