Plot Synopsis

Ernie Lotinga’s comic creation Jimmy Josser, seen earlier in shorter-length films, makes his feature film debut in this farce about a bungling policeman kicked out of the force due to his incompetence. He manages to redeem his reputation by cracking a racehorse-doping ring with the help of a trainer who had been jailed for the offences.
