Plot Synopsis

Mildred (Anne Grey) is separated from her husband Denis (George Barraud) who roams the world. She has brought up her daughter to believe he died a noble death in an act of bravery. The daughter never learns otherwise, as George makes an unsuccessful attempt to return to his wife’s life and subsequently dies in the process.
