ohnKinsdale (George Kennedy) is a computer specialist who works for NATO in Italy.When political terrorists kill his entire family John uses his technologicalprowess to track down the killers. Trying to prevent him from taking the lawinto his own hands are a local police inspector, the US military and his peersMacAllister (John Mills) and Janice (Rita Tushingham). The terrorists, whodemand the release of political prisoners, threaten to kill a random Americanfamily in the Mediterranean every three days if their demands are not met. Butnothing can prevent John from meting out his bloody brand of grief strickenrevenge.
