Plot Synopsis

Twice Round the Daffodils

Substandard gentle comedy from the Peter Rogers and Gerald Thomas team that produced the Carry On series. The film chronicles the comic capers and romantic involvements of patients and staff in the men’s ward of a TB sanatorium, including a sex-starved RAF officer (Donald Sinden), a grumpy Welsh miner (Donald Houston) and a placid country bumpkin (Lance Percival). Overseeing all the patients is kind-hearted nurse Catty (Juliet Mills).
