Default The Man Who Never Was

The actor Laurence Naismith was involved in this as one of the high ranking officials who had to give clearance for the decoy to go ahead. In one scene I am certain his voice is dubbed over with that of Geoffrey Keene. Can anyone shed light on this?
Many thanks
Freddy

Hi Freddy,

The trouble is that Geoffrey Keene was playing another high ranking official (Gen. Nye) at the same discussion where they had to give clearance for the operation.

What makes you think that Geoffrey Keene dubbed the voice of Laurence Naismith?

Greetings Steve and Dave,
Thanks for replying, much appreciated, I have seen this movie a couple of times but stupidly have never taped it, it was just this one scene where the camera was on LN who I thought was speaking but am sure it was the distinctive voice of GK. I could very well be wrong, I could not confirm as no playback. It was one of those things which has stuck in the mind.
many thanks and regards
Freddy
