Without having seen this yet, I can only guess at The Collinson Twins (Madeleine & Mary) ; the two Maltese starlets featured in Hammer's TWINS OF EVIL and were formerly Playboy playmates.

And both very nice ladies they turned out for Hammer at Bray I back in 1998.
