Probably June Ritchie in 'Live now, pay later' there's a scene where you see her getting into a Bath topless, and I was quite shocked to be honest!........I think 'A kind of loving' has been quoted, but as far as I'm aware it's just postcards of topless women that are seen in the Office scene.

I've also read that Dora Bryan's character in 'Taste of Honey' was meant show her topless in the Bath, but (understandably) she didn't want to do it, so they just filmed her naked back.

I know the first mainstream American Movie with nudity was 'The Pawnbroker', it wasn't edited by the Censor as the 'topless' scenes were an essential part of the script (present day/flashback concentration camp scenes) and having seen the Movie I can fully understand why.

I saw that you think Babs Windsor was sexy. To me sexy is when the actress comes on screen you cant take your eyes off her she makes your pulse race Babs never had " It" I would have to say Helen mirren has always had it and still does

Me too Colin!........funnily enough I was just taiking the other day about how 'risque' some of the 'Carry on' movies are, having just watched 'Carry on girls', in the fight scene in the Hotel Lobby for example, in other Carry ons Babs in Hospital with Velvet heart shaped covers on her assets, let alone the 'Bra flying' scene in Carry on camping!

neither one of them were British.

That letch Howard Hughes was obsessed with them
back in the 50s

Joan Fontaine was my Dad's favorite as well. He would go to a movie just to see her. My mother used to say she was the only actress she was ever jealous of.
