![]() My sincere appologies to Sue Bond... but that's the first thing I thought of when seeing that photo... The second thing I thought of was to wonder how she wasn't falling out of that dress!!! Which is probably the first thing most males would have thought of!!! Last edited by Aaryk Noctivagus; 15-08-2007 at 02:51 AM.. |

I think “hot teddy” was available by mail and in all good dirty book shops, that seems to be how most of Harrison Marks’ 8mm glamour films were sold. Sadly I don’t have a copy. Most of the photos are from another girlie film she made with Marks called ‘First You See It ’.
A ‘friend of a friend’ actually knows Sue quite well, to be honest though from what I’ve been told she’s not a very nice person in real life. |

Anyone fancy Liz out of Coronation Street?
I must admit that I do. I was surprised to find that actress Beverley Callard had released a couple of keep fit videos in the UK. Beverley certainly looks "fit" but it's a bit ironic when you consider that she still smokes over 20 fags a day. Dave. YES I saw a tv cap of Bev in the Rovers a fag in one hand and a gin and tonic in the other so ironic when you think back to those fitness vids that Bev made ( of course I only bought them to keep fit ) I was thinking that Katie Boyle would have made a good actress if she had chosen acting instead of TV presenting and game (panel ) shows. She was a looker, had a great voice and great style too. Add to that she was well endowed so well endowed in fact that she had a breast reduction operation ! (a distinction she shares with Sam Fox ) Quite a lady, she must be in her mid 70s by now. |

Lovegod,
Without wanting to undermine your love for Liz I have to say when I read this I was surprised that Beverley Callard was the target of such ardent admiration...Then I remembered a young chap I used to work with who was just nuts about Julie Goodyear (AKA the famously leopard-clad and dangly earing wearing "Bet Lynch"- also a barmaid on "Coronation Street"). Maybe he was just nuts anyway. Her long leather boots and cigarette holder had him drooling like a pup waiting for his Pedigree chum. I can almost still see his glasses fogging up. As for exercise videos, hasn't just about every woman from Jane Fonda to June Whitfield shared their bits with all of us on one of these?! Does anyone else have a candidiate for the least likely telly sex symbol? I'll do a "Lovegod" and pitch my burning desire for Bonnie Langford into the ring.. Regards, Edward. Quote:

![]() Talking of Sue Bond reminded me once again of yet another lovely lady that once appeared on the Benny Hill Show. Diana Darvey - apart from being a great looker was also a very good singer and dancer. It was very sad that she died so young. She died in 2000 from complications that resulted after she had a fall at home. She was 54. Dave. |

Carol Cleveland?
Shamelessly taken from her Wikepedia entry............. Privately called "Carol Cleavage" by the other Pythons, she played an archetypal blonde bombshell. Stage directions for her first sketch described her as "a blonde buxom wench in the full bloom of womanhood." She called herself the "glamour stooge". As her website shows she's still working hard and, even in her mid-sixties, looking rather good ![]() The Official Website of Carol Cleveland |

THANKS for that web site link you learn all kinds
of snippets of info in there For eg Lynda La Plante was her best friend in the 60s but back then she was Lynda Titchmarsh ! Also, Carol was one of the first Bunnygirls in London ! I remember seeing the Holy Grail film and being disappointed with the lack of female glam in the movie I think Carol appeared with a retinue of maidens for a short scene, blink and you missed it. And in the TV series Carol only had bit parts .... she was nt on screen nearly enough. Lets face it, the Pythons were a gentlemans club.... a closed shop as far as women were concerned ! |
