It was good to see Jane Russell at this years Academy Awards ceremony.
She doesn't look bad for her age - shes 85 years young. 86 in June.
She certainly was one of the worlds sexiest women in her prime.

I am a great fan of Tamzin Outhwaite and thought that she was brilliant in the recent Hotel Babylon series.
I remember Tamzin winning the Sexiest Female award at the British Soap Awards some years ago and to me she has still not lost any of that sex appeal.

On the other hand, one actress who appears in many sexiest female lists - but for the life of me I can never understand why - is Liz Hurley. I find her so very over rated.

About 18 months ago someone asked what serial Madeline Smith appeared in on The Two Ronnies. She was definitely in the "Hampton Wick" serial which I must have been in the early 70s . I can still recall salivating over her heaving bosoms.

Madeline Smith has also been one of my favourite actresses.
Who can forget her as agent Miss Caruso in the Bond film Live And Let Die?
Recent photos I've seen of Madeline prove that shes still as gorgeous as ever.

I agree, she was everyblokes girl next door. Now, she is a big star, and unatainable, metaphotically speaking. In Darling Buds, she had a purity and a freshness, and yet I think we were all aware that we were looking at a future STAR.

Olivia Williams.

Didn't really notice her before "Krakatoa - The Last Days" but watched her in "Below" recently.

Nice pic of Sarah Alexander, she was great in Coupling, top series with quite a few film references.
