Liza Goddard went down under to Ozzieland when still a young
teenager and appeared in " Skippy ", the series ( starring
a Kangaroo )
It was shown over here in UK too.
She returned to the UK to wow us all with her long,
blonde locks and her dolly bird looks.
In the 1970s she starred in " The Brothers " ... a quality TV series with Gabriel Drake and Hilary Tindall which was
on every Sunday night.

OK .... I suppose she does nt really qualify as a film star,
though she did do a movie with Dick Emery way back when.
She is now age 57 and living in Norfolk, still gorgeous
and probably doing lots for Anglia that we never see !
I guess that Liza is a natural blonde too.

Liza Goddard was born in Smethwick nr. Birmingham, where I also happened to be brought up.
She was also once married to the singer Alvin Stardust. Whatever happened to him?

She is quite sexy (& sexual) and flirtatious in Dinner Ladies.
As is usual in a Victoria Wood script, even though Victoria's in it, it's the other actors in her "repertory company" that usually get the best lines. Celia's are often throw-away lines or said just as she's leaving and the scene is changing to something else. But they're worth listening out for
