I remember it well.......and..........the marriage guidance counsellor sketch where her husband, played by Michael Palin, had to watch her falling for the counsellor, Eric Idle

I came across some mention of Carol when I visited a Python tribute site. Nice to know that she's still working and looking very well indeed. She said in a recent interview that the Python Team used to call her "Carol Cleavage"

Since watching The Haunting (1963) it had to be Claire Bloom for me. She still looked great in the TV series many moons ago where (IIRC) a couple of kids in their 20s were watching her house from across the way and tried to rob her. At the end of the series Ms. Bloom ended up on a plane flying off to some warmer clime, having left various hapless men and quarreling kids behind.

Okay, she didn't look so well in Doc Martin but who does?
