i met desmond llewellyn in 1999 around christmas in a book signing in cardiff ..he was a real gentleman....obviously he talked about the bond films and chitty chitty bang bang........he signed a video gadget collection of tomorrow never dies for me and his book...imagine how i felt a few days later when it came on the news he had died in a car crash also coming from a book signing.......

My dad ran a pub in yorkshire and in 61/62 i remember a giant of a man patting me on the head ,i was only 6,he bought me a lemonade and some crisps ,seemed a bit loud ,but nice chap.Only was Richard Harris filming Sporting life up the road..Ahh to be blessed by Marcus Aurelius Emperor of Rome.....
