British actor middle aged minor roles/extra in variuos Brit series like Sweeney,Professionals.
No beard , glasses, or tache
Looks like Lewis Collins without the moodiness
Any ideas?

Thanks -None of those - although need to see pic of Tony Allen - but don't think it his him
Iirc he did also voice over for public info road safety film
Also not the type to play a hard man role as the ones listed above -iirc he played a constable in The Sweeney
