Adrienne Corri was certainly touring on the British stage through the 1980s. I saw her in "Blithe Spirit" at Theatr Gwynedd in Bangor, Wales alongside Dermot Walsh and Avril Angers. I assume she then retired?

I've always liked Adrienne also, Lovejoy appears to be the most recent celluloid work she's done, i think i've read that she's heavily into works of art (painted masterpieces) so maybe that fills her days up, but it would be interesting to read how are things with her right now, Adrienne gives me the impesson of being one fiesty lady and would be conversant with the internet.

    Adrienne where are you?

As requested at one of the Diana Dors threads, part of a feature called 'Stars with Beds on Their Minds'.

Adrienne Corri would soon be seen in Play for Today: A Distant Thunder and UFO - The Square Triangle:

Added bonus: Adam Faith and wife Jackie (just in case someone does a Forum search of his name)

Thank you for the above cornershop.

Adrienne looks as though she's not gonna take no nonsense from anyone, and she probably never did!

Adrienne Corri was still registered in Spotlight's casting directory as late as 1996/97 ... her photograph showed her looking far younger than her years and quite different to her earlier appearances.

Adrienne Corri always came across as quite a feisty lady. I vaguely remember reading or hearing that Adrienne Corri and Dorothy Squires had a heated debate on some show during the early 1970's. Can anyone shed some light on this?

I do remember a heated argument about a particular part of the female body which Adrienne refused to use a euphemism for - she said she believed in calling a spade a spade as it were - but I don't know if Dorothy Squires was involved.

I have long wanted to contact Ms Corri. One helluva woman. Whatever she is doing, I hope she is happy.

    Hi,
The first time I took note of Adrienne Corri, was when she portrayed Milady DeWinter in the BBC's 1950's serial 'The Three Musketeers' based on the novel by Alexander Dumas.

    Alan French.
