From what I remember, he wasn't at all taken by acting and had little desire to be in STARGATE, so demanded a fee of £1m (or $1m?) from the producers thinking that would deter them. But, to his surprise they agreed, so he took the money, appeared in the film, then quit the industry. [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/clapping.gif[/img]
