Gabrielle Brune died Jan 18th 2005 aged 92 in Chichester

last surviving actor from the main cast of "The Titfield Thunderbolt" and was in other Ealing films too

Ah - one of my favourite films, and many of the main locations have hardly changed their appearance in the 53 years since that hot summer when the film was made. May Ms Brune rest in peace.
