Iíve just been watching Cromwell (1970) on BBC2 and I wondered who played the kingís youngest children, Prince Henrey and Princess Elizabeth. They had a very touching and well acted scene towards the end of the film where they were brought in to bid a tearful farewell to their father before his execution. They are not mentioned in the cast list on the IMDb.

Were they mentioned on the on-screen. credits? The IMDb is mainly a record of the on-screen credits plus any uncredited players that anyone submits

If nobody's submitted credits for the young royals then the IMDb won't have them

I've got the original Cromwell brochure at work, loaned to a colleague to follow the TV transmission. When I get in on Tuesday I'll see if there's a chance of the names registered in it.

Thanks, Steve and Rick. There were a lot of actors and actresses names on the opening credits, although no indication of which parts they played. I don't recall there being any cast list at the end.

Any that were given on-screen credits that aren't listed on the IMDb can be added there without a role.

Ive had the souvenir brochure returned to me now, but having gone through it more detail and despite there being an A4 colour still of the scene still no credits accompanying. No clue in the cuttings folder from the release date of nearly every newspaper review of the film either, so that's that for the time being. Any chance of the performers being the Tutin children?

I wonder if they were supplied by the Aida Foster school in North West London.

Thanks to our fellow member Aged AD, Roger Simons, who was a 2nd AD on the film, some of the call sheets still exist, but sadly they don't show the identity of the children.
