Default Who's the camp actor...
...in Hammer's Frankenstein and the Monster from Hell? He's a fairly elderly inmate at the asylum, and he's always flapping around like Ernest Thesiger saying things like, "Ooh, stop being so beastly". Grey-haired, thin chap.

The cast list on IMDB throws up a few possibilities: Frankenstein and the Monster from Hell (1974) - Full cast and crew

Aha. It was Michael Ward. The cast list on IMDB threw me, as he was listed so near the top, when he really didn't have that big a role.
