Default sportsmen/women turn to acting
Saw Up And Under a few weeks ago featuring the wonderful Brian Glover who died soon after.
Used to watch him wrestling at the Liverpool Stadium and on World of Sport at 4pm on Saturdays (remember grapple fans) under the name of Leon Arras.

Has anybody else turned to acting from sport?

Jack Watson was a spring-board diver but I don't know which came first, acting or diving. Terry Downs (spelling could be wrong) the boxer appeared in some films and TV. Vinny Jones. Do all those footballers count who were in "ESCAPE TO VICTORY" 1981.
