Michael Sheen

Wonderfully full of himself in OTHELLO

A truly good impression of T.Blair in THE QUEEN ditto Kenny Williams in FANTABOLUSA.

Very good actor. About to do David Frost next!

Michael Sheen is excellent, ditto James McEvoy. I've never seen Rafe Spall in anything I've actually liked yet, but I think he is a talented actor.

Start every day with a smile and get it over with.

I think James McEvoy is an outstanding talent. I first noticed him in State of Play and I reckon he has a big career ahead of him.

Same with his other half Anne-Marie Duff; she was outstanding in St Joan at the National.

I'd second Carey Mulligan.

Also her Bleak House co-star Anna Maxwell Martin and Maxine Peake.

I agree re: Anne Marie Duff. Anyone who can move seamlessly from Shameless to Elizabeth 1 is alright by me! I'm less convinced by James MaEvoy - I liked him in Starter For Ten but much less so in other stuff. Of those who are more or less contemporary with the former I especially like Martin Freeman who has the making of a true character star ( he just played Rembrandt for Britmovie bete noir Peter Greenaway ).

Only a fool looks for logic in the chambers of the human heart....

Catherine Steadman- fantastic stage actress with a few TV projects under her belt
Cloudia Swann- superb in everything, amazing in dis/connected
Lisa Hogg- young Northern Irish actress/singer with standout appearances in Wire In The Blood
James Fisher- biased as I know him but he's done great work in some less than perfect movies
Olivia Mace

David Tennant, Daniella Denby- Ashe, Laurence Fox, Honesuckle Weeks,Richard Armitage and the young cast of Bleak House. There are more but cannot think of their names for the moment.

I thought Daniella was great in North and South a few years back and hope she can get other parts to stretch her talents wider than My Family and narrating one of those cookery programmes. David Tennant is a very talented actor not just for Dr Who. I thought he was great as the curate in the BBC production of Trollopes "He Knew He was Right" a few years back wonderful comic portrayal.
