Milton J was interviewed on camera recently for DR. WHO - The Invasion Of Time on DVD; he hardly looks any different and was wonderful!

Tim Bateson is one of the greatest character actors going. I love his turn as the dogged detective Pfeiffer, hired by McGill in the very first episode of MAN IN A SUITCASE - 'Man From The Dead'. The cafe scene - where he ends up without being fed - always inspires me to order double egg and chips when I'm in particular eateries....

I best remember Timothy Bateson as the caretaker on Grange Hill which I thought he'd got dead right. We had one just like him at my school (ie a school caretaker who hated kids).
