The actor that played the young George Bailey in the 1946 film "Its a Wonderful Life" has died in California. Bob Anderson died of cancer on Friday, he was 75. I only note this because he was one of those actors that may just have passed away, without anyone taking any notice. If you remember the film, he played the young character, whereas James Stewart played the older one. In one scene he was slapped by a drunken drug store owner, who had made a mistake in a prescription. The actor that played the store owner was HB Warner and he really did hit young Bobby, so much so that he had a fat lip for a few days after the shoot. Anyway, next time you see that amazing film, you'll maybe know who I'm talking about.
