Carol Hawkins did appear in a Dunlop ad but it was not this one. I have the one she is in somewhere on my hard drive.

I was the person who started this thread and when I couldn't get a quite definitive answer from anywhere I had the idea of asking her agent via the Spotlight and sent them the advert. They replied confirming it was Carol in the advert.

Strange... I think there actually is a Carol Hawkins-ness about the actress, but would have erred on the Trudie Goodwin side. Nice to have one of life's puzzles solved.
