Default Is this Carol Hawkins??

Dunlop 'You'd Miss Dunlop' TV ad - 60 secs

Thinking caps on again everybody!

Is this Carol Hawkins playing the tennis player in this Dunlop ad from, I would guess, the 1970's??

I would say 'no', for no particular reason except that it doesn't look like her.

I agree Mark.

It IS a young Carol Hawkins.

I'd bet Bats life on it.

Dave.

I still don't think it's Carol ...... but if you are right I will die. Do you really want my death on your conscience?

Not quite sure what to think now...

Some people agree with my original identification, some don't!

Anybody know how to contact the fair Carol??

Carol Hawkins without a doubt for me, yet....on her page on IMDB for other works she`s only credited for 2 adverts, Imodium capsules & Timex watches; so the mystery continues.

That's why I want to know, Brigger, I want to update her CV at IMDB but I don't want to do it unless I'm absolutely sure.

Actually, it doesn't mean much that the ad is missing from IMDB because it's not an area the site is strong on. In fact,I think it was I who added the Timex and Imodium ads.

If my vote has any weight, I'd say it's Carol.

I'd forgotten about that ad, one of my favourites when I was a kid - can't think why...

What a great site, by the way!
