Apparently China 9 Liberty 37 is widely considered to be in the US Public Domain. US Copyright law is a bit complicated but films registered before 1978 have weaker protections and must be renewed. Its available for viewing on Google Video's own collection of 100s of classic public domain movies.
China 9 Liberty 37 (1978) 92 min (cut version) There was a scheme afoot by the BBC, announced in 2003, to put their entire television archives online (free to UK citizens, fee elsewhere). Did anything ever come of that? Last edited by Number2; 23-01-2008 at 01:44 PM. |

I'll try to squeeze in the extra questions but if not, you'll probably find the answers to them on Jenny's website if there are any further developments - especially vetchbook's question. FELL A signature is no substitute for a life |

I'll mention it on this thread as Jenny is a patron of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
Tonight on C4 at 23.05 is a documentary 'A Boy Called Alex'. Alex suffers from a severe form of CF, he attends Eaton and this film deals with the weeks leading up to Alex conducting the Magnificat in front of a live audience. Please try to see or record this. It reflects the power of the human spirit. In Alex's words "In order to enjoy stuff you can't be scared' |

Just to update on the Q&A to say that Jenny has definitely received the questions - I'd been a bit concerned as her email is a bit erratic when away filming - and is going to go through them when she has time.
And here is another photo to brighten up what, in other respects, looks like a pretty awful day weatherwise:

Fell's posted picture can be seen here:
http://blencathra.org.uk/jenny_as_melaniemetz.jpg That would be from "A Legacy" BBC 1975. Quote:

Was Jenny's first TV role actually "Alexander Graham Bell" (1965)? IMDB doesn't have her in the cast and its not listed on jennyagutter.net. However on AlloCine and other sites it is listed.
"... Agutter began her career studying ballet. After her film debut, she was in demand for teenager roles and segued to the small screen in the 1965 British serial "Alexander Graham Bell", followed by such other series as "The Newcomers" (1968). ..."
