Jeremy Irons, Jason Isaac, and Jeremy Northam quickly come to mind for me.

(Also Michael Palin is pretty darn adoreable!)

I have ... and he is. He visited a place I used to work at and I was 'assigned' to do the video of the day. I spent hours following him about and he was very nice (and tolerant) with me and even invited me to eat with him at his table ... as long as I turned the camera off!
