I am building up a website featuring the career of the actor Mike Pratt. He starred in the British TV series Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased) and guest-starred in many of the classic British TV series of the 1960s and 1970s (The Champions, Danger Man, The Baron, The Saint...). If anyone out there has anything they would allow me to use for my site then please let me know...

Congratulations Gramondo on achieving such an excellent website dedicated to Mike Pratt
There are so many pieces of information on the great actor that I have discovered for the first time, thanks to your website.
A real tragedy that he was taken from us so early in life.
Cheers!

Dave.

well said and agreed. Mike was a very underated actor, if you watch him in Randall & Hopkirk he seems very relaxed and on top form. Nothing against Kenneth Cope but I felt that Mike was the superior actor. Reading some of Aitchs recollections would confirm that Mike was a very nice guy.

Great site. Thanks! A pity he was taken from us so early. Loved him in R&H...

I was lucky to have worked with him once. I wish it had been more. Excellent actor.

IMDB throws up a couple of items directed by JLM and featuring Mike Pratt as an actor:

Edgar Wallace Mystery: Face of a Stranger (1960) Rather good EWM starring Jeremy Kemp.

The Saint: The Impudent Politician (1962)

Mike Pratts son, Guy, is a professional musician. Has been the bass guitarist in Pink Floyd since 1987 and plays bass with Roxy Music as well as session player with many others.

His excellent web site is GUY PRATT .

Great to see the apple not falling far from the tree.

Having watched an episode last night, confirmed what a very fine actor Mike Pratt was. Although Kenny Cope was good and of course the loveley Jeannie and the many guest stars, Mike was without doubt the star of the show. He also displayed a nice comic touch. What a shame that he died so early, he truly was a superb performer.
