Hilary Eaves was an actress who made a few appearances in British films in the 1930s, her last was "Crimes at the Dark House" in 1940. She may be the Hilary Eaves who appeared in the US film "Advice and Consent" directed by Otto Preminger, released in 1962. She was born in 1914 in Yorkshire. If she was still alive, I would like to interview her for a possible forthcoming DVD release of the aforementioned Tod Slaughter film.

This site has helped me find people before so fingers crossed.
