Helen had a fleeting appearance as a VERY young schoolgirl in "The prime of Miss Jean Brodie"......(1967).

She was married to actor Michael Angelis,(Thomas the tank engine, The Liver birds) but I believe they have now seperated..........

Helen did a nude scene - not full frontal - in a TV play called "No Harm Done" which was broadcast on 24th February 1974. Her father was played by Lee Montague and the play also featured Rowena Cooper (as her mother) Tony Selby, Michael Forrest and Michael Cashman.

The plot goes something like a group of men take over Lee Montague's house and hold his daughter and wife hostage while he goes and gets them money (I think). It is in the morning and Helen goes upstairs to get dressed. One of the men follows her up and makes her take off her nightdress and stand in front of him. Her back is to the camera the whole time and the scene is very unerotic. After the men are caught Lee Montague finds out what they have done and organizes a revenge which goes wrong.

The play was directed by Don Leaver and written by Roger Marshall and after Googling - I found a thread where someone says it still exists in ATV archives (whoever owns them now) as a black and white recording - but I know it was broadcast in colour.

My recollection is slightly different.

There was a frontal topless shot from the waist up followed by the a full length rear shot. So buns and breasts but no bush!

As I recall, they were together for years before they married in 1991 and then, almost immediately afterwards (as is often the way), he was caught out by a tabloid 'playing away from home'!
I believe that they separated shortly afterwards and quietly divorced in 2001.

I think she spends a lot of her time now, campaigning for the Born Free Foundation with Virginia McKenna.

I think I remember it because it was one of the first programmes that I watched on my newly acquired colour TV - a mighty beast that boasted a massive 19 inch screen, took 2 men to lift and cost 3 months wages!

team asked him what Gail was like in bed, Quentin never quite recovered after

that!
