Inigo Jackson appears to be still alive, although there appears to be little information regarding career after about 1972. I am surprised there isn't more quality - and up-to-date - information on the www.
Does anyone know if Inigo Jackson is still acting (or indeed still with us)?
I remember him well as Athestane in the excellent TV series Ivanhoe 1970.
Also Stephan Chase The Black Arrow1985. He was a familiar face on TV
in the 70's & 80's? There is no recent activity from either of them on IMDB!

Maybe we'll have to wait until 2 Entertain release the Doctor Who story The Ark. HOpefully he'll be a contributor.
What happened to Inigo Jackson? I remember him from a few ITC appearances & also the
impressive Ivanhoe series from 1970. The last imdb entry for him was from 1973
when he was 40 years old, surely too young for his career to have finished!
I don't know what happened to Inigo, but do remember him best as a nasty piece of work who later does a quick volte-face to ease the plot along in DOCTOR WHO ("The Ark") and from Hammer's Twins of Evil (1971).

Thanks Gerald. I just realised I made the exact same enquiry 2 years ago. (What's
happening to me?)![]()
Hello everyone. I just found this thread and thought I would offer some sad news. Inigo (Christened Anthony Michael Jackson) passed away in 2001. He was my mum's cousin and while I hadn't seen him in many years (I live in the US), I always thought he was a great actor and he's missed.
Thank you for the update Gail. It is sad news though.
It is sad, though by an incredible coincidence, his episodes of DOCTOR WHO are released on DVD on Monday. I will watch them remembering Inigo.
