Very underrated and much missed actor. Will we ever see Romany Jones on DVD?

My favourite episode of Dad's Army with Walker has to be the one with the pigeons in the organ pipes - Getting the Bird? Priceless.



Incidentally that is him, uncredited, in the Julie Andrews musical Star! isnt it? In the bit where Gertie's husband Jack takes their new baby on a pub crawl? It isn't on Dave's list so I'm now beginning to doubt my memory - but I think I'm right.

Watched him recently as the band's manager in Groupie Girl. Good music and performances though a very uneven film.
