What a shame Kathleen was never interviewed in her later years, considering the long life she had. Maybe I'm wrong, and someone did interview her - certainly not for TV, sadly.
Was there any celebration when she turned 100? I wonder if her health might have been bad in later years, if it's the case that the media ignored her.
I'm just watching an episode of Danger UXB called Quiet Weekend. I've got the audio commentary on and Roy Ward Baker has said that he asked Kathleen to come up to the set to film her scenes on the wrong day of shooting. He was in the dog house as she wasn't able to do her scenes that day, however Kathleen asked the production manager not to take it out on Roy. If they just sent her home she would say no more about it. Apparantly she was a very affable person and not a complainer.
