John Moulder-Brown

Does anyone know if the boy in this Lyons Maid Ice Pole cinema advert from 1959 is the English child actor John Moulder-Brown? I've always suspected that it is. Certainly, this boy looks the right age, about six years old, as John would have been in 1959.

Around the same time as the Lyons Maid advert, John appeared in the uncredited role of 'Urchin':





He appears in the scene, towards the end, when Laurence Harvey wakes up in the street after being beaten up.



I was going to use this picture only a few days ago at the 'Where Were They Then?' thread as part

of my (never-popular) 'Room at The Top Special' but forgot all about it. Thanks for reminding me!

Here he is on the left in the CFF film The Missing Note (1960). It certainly looks like the same boy to me.
