Both are US racial slurs for people of East Asian/Chinese origin.
"Slope" or "Slopehead" goes back to the Korean war as does "Zipperhead".

In the film Clint Eastwood hates Chinks whilst I know what he means by that, but wh o are slopes and zipperheads ? or am I a zipperhead? doh!
