I remember seing a tv show,an episode of a supernatural/mystery series whose title I don't remember,where the crew of a modern day(70's or 80's) airliner flying to Berlin picked up conversations over the radio between World War 2 Raf Bomber crews.

Fascinating, can you remember if this was American or British? and to open this up wider, can anybody identify it?

Arh yes, this is the stuff. I knew The Twilight Zone wouldn't let me down. You can always count on that series to come up with a plot/story that caters to your wishes. TV gold in my opinion. Thanks for the episode suggestions.

An epsiode from season 1 of the ropey US or Canadian Psi Factor series features a ghost on a business charter flight.series isn't very good but this episode is one of the better ones.

The programme I remembered is indeed Return Flight from the BBC Dead Of Night series.I watched earlier tonight together with A Woman sobbing(which wasn't so good) after searching them out on Youtube.Worth having a look if you haven't already done so.

I haven't seen it in a good while, but it used to show up regularly on the tube. What I remember most was Stewart had that lost puppy look and Dietrich looked like she wanted to jump in his lap and devour him. That isn't what the story was about, but that is the vibe they were bringing.
