My problem at the moment is gathering material. Even though the libraries in my area have many foreign DVDs ("Mrs. Miniver", "49th Parallel", ...), there are still some films I have no idea how to get hold of. Maybe you guys can help me? That would be a great help.
The films I am still searching for are the following:
"The Lions Has Wings" (1939)
"Let George Do It" (1940)
"The Prime Minister" (1941)
"The Young Mr. Pitt" (1942)
as well as the Halas & Batchelor cartoons
"Dustbin Parade" (1941)
"Filling the Gap" (1941)
(I would also be very grateful for information about further British propaganda cartoons)
Thank you very much for your help. I really appreciate that!
Greetings,
HANS

The Lion Has Wings was available on a double DVD with
Q Planes from Australian DVD suppliers like
Magna Pacific and
EZY DVD
They both say it's no longer available but because you know that it
was available you might be able to find it second hand on somewhere like eBay.
It was also available on a DVD from DDHE. But they closed and were taken over by
Simply Home Entertainment - but they don't have this one in their catalogue yet
