Default Some of us are looking down the drain

For years I have had it in my head (with a film review as my supposed source) that the inversion of Oscar wilde's familiar 'We are all in the gutter but some of us are looking at the stars' - i.e., 'some of us are looking down the drain' - is from STILL CRAZY, which I had not seen. Now I have looked at STILL CRAZY on disc and as far as I can see (and although the line might suit Bill Nighy's character for one) the line isn't there. So what IS it from? - Anthony Baker

Sarah Lancashire (as "Raquel") once used it in Coronation Street, if thats's any good to you!

I'm as mad as hell and I'm not gonna take it anymore!

Derek Wilton's boss in Corrie mentioned it as well.

This was at a time of course when it had some wonderful writing and characters.
