The only film where the women don't borrrow the man's razor or go to bed fully made up is
2,000 women (1944) starring Phylis Calvert and (pant!) Patricia Roc. Oh, and Flora Robson...

Nurse! Nurse! The bathroon scene's coming up again...

Go to bed with no make up yet wake up the following morning with make up on ?

Have a tendency to borrow (or nick ) the male's shirt to hide all their bits n pieces even though a scene before they showed all their bits n pieces anyway ?

Have a tendency to borrow (or nick ) the male's razor so they can shave their legs ?

I am sure there are more questions like that above that some could add too or maybe I should run and hide now.

I was not sure wether to put this in the offtopic thread or this one,but seen as it is film related I thought this would be the best place.
One of the things I've noticed is that the leading female character, even when she is a housewife, is rarely (if ever) shown doing housewife type things like ironing or cooking or cleaning the toilets. Whereas the male character can be shown gardening, cleaning the car or doing some DIY.

Well if Mrs Bat was in trouble her mobile would do her no good at all ... she never remembers to re-charge the bloody thing!

Don't miss out on a chance to win a rare film in Bat-Quiz 13 closing date - 31/8/8.
