Usually maybe, but not always. Just remind her about Ripley in the Alien films.

I believe this is intentional to show the male viewer a bit of leg and to peeve off the female viewer because she has nice legs and she does not (or so she believes they are not )

Maybe they think there are Mrs Noah......

Seriously though I believe it is to talk and obviously amongst other things too. and also answers a question why the queues at the Ladies is longer than the Men's because we do what we mean to do and out we go whereas women have to adjust make up and all sorts as well.

well that is what my partner told me anyway.

Interesting point this one. My better half and I went to our local amateur theatre society show recently, very tiny place with seating for just 100. They do very well
and the promotions are good but the audiences are getting older (average age 65 perhaps) and mostly ladies! They have two standard loo arerangements and the 10 per cent of the fellows are happy whilst there is always a waiting list for the ladies

That is because the Ghost and the Ghoulies work for the Electricity/Gas Board and turn off the lighting Donna.

I don't think you could have gotten much 'starker' for Ursula in Perfect Friday. I believe I read a piece that Baker was quoted as saying, 'she nicked all the sheets and wriggled around alot'.

Women in films do all these things simply because the director directs them to.

And seeing as most directors are men, it just goes to show how they tend to view women in a stereotypical kind of way.

My personal bugbear is that actresses invariably wear a bra beneath their nighties (notably so in soaps). I have NEVER known a lady do that in real life. WHY? WHY? WHY?

If one watches closely Janet Monroe in The Day the Earth Caught Fire, when in the bed and she turns to the left, you may just notice a glimpse of black (possible) body stocking.
Question: why do women always laugh at the male body

Is that all male bodies, or just yours?
(Mine too actually )

Mind you, even the best male bodies do look rather silly in parts

Personally I cant agree with this assessment Steve, I mean, if one looks at really fine male bodies (as an art form I hasten to add of course). I do not see anything funny.
No I am but just average (drats)
Come on girls tell us!

Have a tendency to borrow (or nick ) the male's shirt to hide all their bits n pieces even though a scene before they showed all their bits n pieces anyway ?

Have a tendency to borrow (or nick ) the male's razor so they can shave their legs ?

I am sure there are more questions like that above that some could add too or maybe I should run and hide now.

I was not sure wether to put this in the offtopic thread or this one,but seen as it is film related I thought this would be the best place.
i think its because its real life you know
