Wink missing film

Hi
I'm new to forum I just I'd ask a just for start can anybody tell me title a film made in the 50's starring Susan Heywood and some of which shoot on location in New Brighton,Wirral my neck of the woods can't seem trace the film myself

I saw this on tv not too many years ago.Think it may have been filmed in Ireland?.A confusing disjointed story.
