Default Garrison Theatre 1942
Hello All,
I've seen a couple of posters for this film, made by British Lion but I can't find any reference to it on IMDB. It stars Jack Warner and Jack Hylton and his band. Apparently a spin-off from the radio series. Does anyone have any information?

David Quinlan's British Sound Films lists a film called 'Garrison Follies' (1940) with Barry Lupino and Percival Mackey's Band, but no mention of Jack Warner or Jack Hylton although it was apparently David Tomlinson's first film appearance.

Jack Warner is quite definite in his autobiography that his first film was The Dummy Talks (in which he recreates some of his Garrison Theatre routines and he doesn't discuss any other silmilar films. Maybe the film had an alternative title or ran into copyright problems with the Garrison Theatre name and had to change its title?
