Default Has Anyone Seen "Welcome Mister Washington"?

I saw a reference to this in an article I was reading, and had never heard of it. It is about Americans in Britain during the war.

I did find it listed on the IMBD site. There are several names I recognize from the cast: Peggy Cummins, Donald Stewart, Martita Hunt and Shelagh Fraser.

Have you any of you seen it? If so - any thoughts? I have not found it on any video or DVD search site, and I am curious.

It is listed in David Quinlan's book British Sound Films, which gives it a rating of 4 out of a maximum of 6, i.e Good. It is described as a pleasant drama about the impact of a US Army unit on an English village.
