I have just watched The Viking Queen" with someone called Carita in the lead role. IMDB lists only 2 films in her career.

Given her obvious assets I was wondering why she wasn't seen out more often. Anybody know why?

I am not suggesting she was a great actress in Viking Queen, but lots of other actresses have built long careers around their face or figure.

From what I gather she left the profession. Her full name was Carita Jarvinen and there are a few Internet inquiries looking for her.
You can check Cult Sirens: Hammer Studios Part I , but ignore the Facebook entry as it;s another person of teh same name.

Wasn't she sleeping with the producer? I guess when they broke up, so did her career.

Why did no other producers step in to offer her solace? I think I might have offered if I had been in the film industry (and if she liked fat men).
