Default Morning Departure 1950

In the 1950 film about a submarine rescue attempt there is a line "All decisions made, all passions spent!" Does anyone know where this line originated please?

The phrase 'all passion spent' comes from John Milton's SAMSON AGONISTES, the first part comes presumably, from the scriptwriter of the film.
