A good start might be the BFI's book Missing Believed Lost. I don't know of any authoritative and complete list.

I can't vouch for accuracy though, as I have 'Mystery Junction' (1951) and used to have 'Mystery Submarine' (1965) in my collection.

While we're at it, if anyone has Mystery Submarine' (1965) with Edward Judd, please get in touch.

The list was compiled in 1992 but, as that site says, some of these films may well have been found since, but there is not much in the way of a published update.
